ABOUT ME

Mom Headshot copy.jpg

My interest in social work began at a young age, and I remain committed to affecting positive social change in both my work and personal life.

I like being a psychotherapist because of the unique interpersonal connection it allows me to have with my clients and because it is such an honor to have the opportunity to assist others in healing, growing, and reaching their personal goals. I specialize in trauma treatment and ADHD as well as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. I am trained in psychodynamic techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. Whenever possible, I like to incorporate expressive arts in both individual and group therapy sessions, so a lot of coloring, drawing, journaling, and sand play occur in therapy sessions with me.
